Learn about the making and use of biochar and compost tea to improve garden and orchard soils.  Biochar is a charcoal-like soil enhancer made by burning organic material. Compost Tea is a living liquid soil enhancer made by 'brewing' compost.  In this workshop we'll be going over the history, usage, properties and how they improve the life of the soil. We'll have live demonstrations of making biochar and brewing compost tea and talk about their application.
