Join Nyambi Royster, grower, herbalist, and certified instructor for A Taste of African Heritage, for an immersive Caribbean Heritage Cooking Class as part of POP's HarvestEd series -- featuring community teachers presenting on lesser known fruits and herbs of the orchards. Nyambi will provide a flavorful plant-based introduction to diaspora-influenced cuisines, including 1-2 organic dishes prepared on-site at One Art Community Arts Center with locally grown produce and a spotlight on orchard-grown thyme!

Participants will learn simple plant-based recipes as an added skill set for creating a healthy kitchen, learn to prepare and sample two bean-and-rice dishes!
