Join Patti Tahan in the POP Learning Orchard at the Woodlands to learn a favorite family recipe for stuffed grape leaves from Aleppo, Syria. The preparation of picking leaves, and rolling is as much as a tradition and celebration of family as the actual meal. Participants will share in a tasting afterwards.
If available to you please bring:
1) A pair of pointed scissors or pruners.
2) Fresh grape leaves, picked within 24 hours of workshop. Leaves should be 4-5" wide or about the size of your hand.
